Levels 8 through 10: Part I

Earth and Its Related Dimensions:

  • Ancient Evil and his Top Commander: Satan
  • Totally Depraved Evil and Hatred: the Fallen Angels (i.e., Aliens as well as the higher-ranking Demons)
    • In Enoch 10:13-14, God addresses the Giants (Nephilim), the offspring of the union of women and Fallen "Sons of Elohim," as Bastards, they had no souls, and these spirits, after the Giants’ physical death, their spirits then lived on as evil spirits or demons.
  • These levels contain Evil from Satan’s Seed and Kingdom:
    • Fallen Angels and Demons –Inter-dimensional Beings which need no device to travel just as are God’s Angels.
    • ETs (Extra Terrestrials) – Some species are inter-dimensional but need devices for travel usually called UFOs of various designs such as saucers, cigar shaped vehicles, or triangle shaped vehicles propelled by a force similar to an electro-magnetic, anti-gravity field.
    • Evil, Wicked Humans.- Open to various levels of possession and even ownership by Demons and Fallen Angels due to their (the humans) inordinate lust, greed, and desire for revenge, fame, power, and/or position.
  • These Beings Totally Hate Humanity
    • The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy... (John 10:10a)
  • They will try to overcome and destroy all mankind, but in the battle, although worn down, the Saints (those who know their God) will do great exploits...
    • But, at this time the saints of God will do exploits: “And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.” (Daniel 11:32)
  • These are the Great Deceivers.
  • These are limited to sequential contact and interaction. Are unable to interact with everyone and everything simultaneously and continuously all at once and cannot overcome God no matter how hard they try.
  • These are Inter-dimensional Beings, Fallen Angels. In the video below, you are seeing a depiction of Nephilim (called "Hunjaegers" in this video) during the Spanish Civil War (1936) executing farmers for "stealing" and these Nephilim were doing so with impunity.

These Fallen Angels/Aliens and demonic spirits can only gain authority and exercise power by what humans grant to them through their sin, iniquity, evil, and wickedness. These spirits feed off of every corruption humans participate in. Every blood sacrifice offered to them. And these spirits are empowered whenever humans practice envy, jealousy, hatred, revenge, gossip, malicious and hurtful intent, thought, word, or deed, all back-biting, every exultation, obedience to, conjuring up, use of, or fear of demons, fallen angels/Aliens either directly or indirectly through incantations, curses, spells, Ouija-boards, tarot-cards, celestial bodies, or celestial signs, etc.

Again, what are the characteristics of these evil spirits? Hatred, wrath, pride, arrogance, greed, vengeance, violence, gluttony, corruption, envy, jealousy, the love of money and what it can buy, gambling, vampires, magicians, apparitions of false gods and the Virgin Mary, all licentiousness, sexual perversion, pornography, filthiness, malice, lies, fraud, and familiar spirits.

These spirits have no creative power especially in the presence of God and God’s servants. Notice however, that the Priests of Baal could not call down fire on their offering altar but Elijah could. That does not preclude them being able to engage in tricks to make fire come down from heaven. On the TV Series Miami Vice in the Fourth Season, second episode, towards the end of the program, one preacher fakes lightning falling from heaven in an attempt to discredit another preacher he resented. We had a video up, but YouTube unlawfully, accepted a copyright strike from NBC Universal.

They can only fabricate and manipulate existing matter to imitate the appearance of signs, miracles, power and wonders, and as such they are false. Their calling down fire from heaven has to follow natural laws such as that of quantum physics that are put in place by God, and as such it is not created but is a false sign. They can kill the body but cannot cause the destruction of either the soul or spirit of man without the person willingly submitting i.e., “selling their soul” in exchange for receiving their desires. And even then it is ultimately up to God as to the final disposition of the soul and spirit at the Great White Throne Judgment and their being cast into the Lake of Fire. So, these spirits must deceive the human to willingly place their soul and spirit in jeopardy of final destruction.

These spirit deceptions are used to entice persons by temptation in all areas of life to embrace a falsehood and make it appear so desirable the person submits to its pursuit. (James 1:13-15)
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. (James 1:19-21)

Other possible inter-dimensional beings are some species of Bigfoot, (Aliens—(135 species of Extra Terrestrials) ETs/Fallen Angels, Grays, Reptilian, Sticks, Tall Whites, Demonic and disembodied spirits including "Jumbies," etc. Some of these are able to shape-shift and appear as humans walking among us. They are often able to mate with humans and animals creating strange offspring.

  • Recently, I personally encountered a Jumbie trying to kill me or at least do me harm, He did so by appearing in the middle of my lane of traffic in the darkness of early evening in an attempt to get me to swerve into oncoming traffic on a blind corner of a narrow Caribbean mountain road. I suspected correctly by the help of the LORD that there was a speeding oncoming vehicle around the blind corner. I stayed in my lane with my heart in my throat but having noticed that the ethereal person had begun to dissipate as I drove clear through the Jumbie. As I passed through this apparition, the oncoming vehicle roared past me in the other lane. The LORD let me see it was not a real person and saved me from harm.

  • Many years ago, the Lord was training me with His “On the Job” “hands on training” in confronting evil spirits:

    • In the early 1970s when I was stationed at Fort Monroe, Virginia, I found myself and another officer working around the clock for days at a time. During the nights we would both simultaneously hear strange noises of groans, shuffling feet, and falling papers. We worked together for about three months and then I was on my own. (It turned out several individuals throughout the 100+ years had died there.) There would be sounds of creaking floorboards and rusty creaking sounds as the breezes moved the hanging signs outside the door entrees to the building.

    • Then there were ghostly appearances of familiar spirits, one of which was that of Edgar Allan Poe, who had resided in the building when it was a barracks during the Civil War. (I chased this apparition trying to capture and detain it. It fled from me and the more I focused on it with the Spirit and Authority of my Lord and Savior Jesus the definition of its appearance became thinner and wispier.) This went on nearly three years. It culminated one dark evening when I was alone tending to a printing process on the computer. I had turned off the equipment and went to the room exit. As I stood in the doorway and switched off the lights. Suddenly I was assaulted physically and in the air by great evil terror with foreboding evil tension and malevolence that literally descended upon me trying to strike fear and terror in me as it hit me in the chest. Instantly the Lord took over. His Great Power came upon and detonated like an artillery shell inside of me. I found myself being a vessel of God as well as observing Him taking total charge within me. The Holy Spirit and Authority of Jesus that quietly resides inside of me exploded! In this Authority and Name of Jesus my tongue shouted a Holy Command. “Whoever or whatever you are, I command you in the Name of Jesus to be bound and to be cast out. And don’t you ever return!” As quickly as snapping a light switch, I felt the Holy Power of God Bind these wicked evil powers and beings. At the same instant they were flung to the far depths of Hell and chained up awaiting their final judgment. At this same instant the most wonderful Holy Spirit of peace, love, and tangible protection completely filled that room, the entire building, and surrounded the entire outside as well as all of the inside of building five of Fort Monroe, Virginia. As a further testimony of the power of God. Six years later I was reassigned right back to this floor and building. Even to the day I left in retirement that building remained one of the most peaceful quiet workplaces just like it was transformed into at the first instance of the Lord’s presence.

      • The Following
    • Some of these events were very similar to a television show called The Following set in the same area, which tells the story of FBI Agent Ryan Hardy (played by Kevin Bacon), who is called out of retirement to recapture a serial killer named Professor Joe Carroll, an expert on Edgar Allen Poe, who uses necromancy to control a mass murder ring consisting of his students and former students.

  • Things to note: God’s Spirit is all powerful with all authority. At least with me, when I focus on an evil spirit with Jesus’ Holy Spirit, the spirits quickly began to disappear, and at a command from the Holy Spirit in me they are forcibly and powerfully removed. The Lord does not have me “play” games with any opposing spirit to God. Unless the Lord causes me to demand the demon’s name, I need not bother for this power and authority of God is final and supreme.

  • Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. (I John 4:4)

Wives have been deceived by these altered physical apparitions thinking the Fallen Angels are their husbands mating with them. “Power was given unto the Beast ” (Revelation 13:4.) ETs in Level 8-10 Control Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the ability to physically possess (inhabit) AI, mankind, and animals in their (the ETs) control of the world. More on the next page.
